Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will investigate and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution if the issue is verified.
